Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

  1. Referred Patients: Must take treatment over £1000 to redeem the £100 voucher.
  2. Initial consultation must be after 1st August 2023.
  3. Referee Patient: The patient you refer must give your name on booking.
  4. The team on the ground will track all patients who start treatment. At this point one of our team will contact you.
  5. If you would like to retrieve your voucher it will be added to your account.
  6. If you prefer to hold the patient and build to the next tier of the scheme to claim the second, 3rd or 4th offer, our team will track this with you.
  7. If you claim your voucher at any point, the scheme will start again.
  8. To claim your travel voucher you must use our Ruh Affiliated travel advisor.
