- Treatment value over 2.5k.
- Unable to redeem in conjunction with any other offer.
- The team on the ground will track all patients who start treatment. At this point one of our team will contact you.
- If you would like to retrieve your voucher it will be added to your account.
- If you prefer to hold the patient and build to the next tier of the scheme to claim the second, 3rd or 4th offer, our team will track this with you.
- If you claim your voucher at any point, the scheme will start again.
