Meet Liv
Dr Liv was born in Leeds and graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2018 with honours and undergraduate prizes in aesthetic dentistry. Having a background in Fine Art including drawing and painting, she has always had a creative flare and has made it her mission to find the artistry within dentistry.
Liv is considered a rising star within the profession. A mere few years since qualifying, her natural talent with composite has already gained her a superb reputation within her field for such a young age. This means she is highly recommended by both patients and dentists, and often gets referrals from other dentists around the UK.
Being an active member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Liv has a special interest in Aesthetic Dentistry and her interests lie in complete smile makeovers including composite bonding, cosmetic porcelain veneers, whitening and invisalign. She dedicates countless hours of free time to further her education, including having completed the renowned year long restorative course be able to provide the most up to date service and techniques to her patients. Setting herself a very high standard for her smile makeovers, her attention to detail and perfectionist nature means she it dedicated to high quality results every time.
Liv believes that cosmetic dentistry is very visual and so she will use high resolution photographs in the consultation to describe her vision for treatments and encourages patients to bring photos too – this is to ensure she can tailor the dentistry to suit you – wether that be a hollywood smile or a natural smile enhancement
You can find Liv at Ruh Dental creating a beautiful smiles in a relaxed and friendly environment. She enjoys treating anxious patients and making it a fun experience. She believes it is important to try and have a laugh along the way and change peoples perception of dentistry, one smile at a time!
In her spare time, if Liv isn’t travelling around the UK finding more cosmetic dentistry courses to complete, you can find her trialling out the local gin bars, independent coffee shops and travelling to Portugal
