For full transparency, here’s a quick summary of our Invisalign Money Back Guarantee terms:
- The Money Back Guarantee applies only to Invisalign treatments with 1-week aligner changes.
- The 8-week period begins on the day your first aligner is fitted.
- Patients must complete the first 8 aligners as instructed and attend their 8-week review.
- “Straightness” is defined as visible movement in line with the approved ClinCheck plan, verified through a digital scan comparison.
- The guarantee is only valid at the 8-week review (not before or after).
- The guarantee is void if:
- Aligners are not worn as advised.
- Tooth movement falls within normal variation.
- Treatment is stopped for personal or financial reasons.
