Appointments<\/h2>\n<p>All new patients are required to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment to complete relevant forms.<br \/>\nConsent forms may be sent via email prior to treatment. Completing these in advance helps ensure we can see you at the specified time.<br \/>\nFor all general appointments, please arrive promptly.<br \/>\nIf you are running late, please call the clinic as soon as possible. We may not be able to see you if your arrival impacts other scheduled patients.<br \/>\nWe reserve the correct time needed for each appointment. Delays have a knock-on effect on other patients and the wider clinic schedule.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>If you are unable to attend, please contact the practice immediately.<br \/>\nAppointments under 2 hours require 48 working hours\u2019 notice.<br \/>\nAppointments over 2 hours require 14 working days\u2019 notice.<br \/>\nDeposits will be lost if appointments are cancelled outside the required notice periods or if you fail to attend.<br \/>\nIf a patient fails to attend or late-cancels three appointments at any R\u00fch Dental clinic, we reserve the right to withdraw future appointments and may terminate treatment.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Deposits<\/h2>\n<p>All appointments require an upfront deposit:<br \/>\nNew patient consultation \u2013 \u00a350<br \/>\nTreatment appointments \u2013 50% of the total treatment fee<br \/>\nInvisalign review appointments \u2013 \u00a350 holding deposit, refunded at the end of treatment<br \/>\nNew patient deposits are refundable if cancellation is made more than 48 working hours before the appointment.<br \/>\nOur clinicians\u2019 time is valuable, and providing notice allows us to offer appointments to other patients who may be waiting.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Payment Options<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Finance<\/strong><br \/>\nPatients may spread the cost of treatment over 12 or 18 months at 0% interest, depending on the total fee.<br \/>\nFinance is subject to standard credit checks.<br \/>\nA finance agreement link must be completed within 48 hours of being issued, or it will expire.<br \/>\nIf finance is cancelled outside the 14-day cooling-off period, a charge of 10% of the total treatment cost will apply.<br \/>\nBespoke Medical Devices (Non-Refundable)<br \/>\nNo refunds are permitted once manufacture has begun on any personalised medical device, including:<br \/>\ncustom-made aligners, retainers, appliances, crowns, bridges, onlays, dentures, splints\/night guards.<br \/>\nGoCardless (Orthodontics Only)<br \/>\nUsed only for orthodontic treatment.<br \/>\nMinimum \u00a31,000 deposit required.<br \/>\nDirect debit payments are taken over the course of treatment.<br \/>\nFinal payment must be made before treatment completion.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Treatment Guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>R\u00fch Dental provides a 1-year guarantee on cosmetic treatments, valid only when repairs are completed at R\u00fch Dental and you attend a routine exam or treatment review every 6 months.<br \/>\nGuarantee does not cover trauma, poor hygiene, decay, recession, gum disease or treatment completed elsewhere.<br \/>\nRecommend hygiene every 6 months and maintenance polish every 12 months.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Full refunds available if cancelled within notice period.<br \/>\nFinance refunds must be requested in writing within cooling-off period.<br \/>\nAllow up to 7 working days for processing.<br \/>\nNo refunds for bespoke medical devices once manufacturing has begun.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Feedback &amp; Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>General feedback \u2013 email the clinic.<br \/>\nFormal complaints \u2013 email csteam@ruhdental.com<br \/>\nManager will respond within 48 working hours and may request a call or face-to-face meeting.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Zero Tolerance Policy<\/h2>\n<p>Abuse, aggression, threats or violence towards staff or patients will not be tolerated.<br \/>\nPatients may be removed from our list. Police may be contacted.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Medical History<\/h2>\n<p>Full medical history taken at initial appointment and updated annually or sooner if required.<br \/>\nPatients must inform us of any medical changes.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Infection Control<\/h2>\n<p>We uphold strict infection control protocols and provide an annual statement.<br \/>\nHand sanitiser, gloves and masks available if required.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Quality Assurance<\/h2>\n<p>We aim to provide dental care of a consistently high standard for all patients.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Consent<\/h2>\n<p>Patients receive full information before consenting to treatment.<br \/>\nConsent forms and media consent must be signed.<\/p>\n<h2>13.
